We are looking for a talented, energetic, highly motivated person to work on developing innovative statistical methods to predict the functional impact of somatic mutations in tumor tissues, by integrating data sources including, but not limited to comparative genomics, protein structure and pathway modeling. (S)he will have the opportunity to collaborate with cutting-edge oncology research groups at Johns Hopkins Medical School and with statisticians at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Requirements: Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Candidates must have strong foundation in both life sciences and quantitative methods development with demonstrated programming skills.
