Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Immuno-Oncology

The Karchin Lab is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with expertise in computational immuno-oncology. The successful candidate will focus on developing tools for T-cell receptor (TCR) repertoire analysis and neoantigen prediction, contributing to cutting-edge research in cancer immunotherapy.

Position: Postdoctoral Researcher 
Location: Karchin Lab, Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize computational tools for analyzing TCR repertoires and for predicting neoantigens from multi-omic data.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate findings into broader research projects.
  • Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present at scientific conferences.

Qualifications:

  • PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, immunology, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) and experience with data analysis.
  • Familiarity with immuno-oncology and TCR biology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
