Huge congratulations to Archana for her fantastic presentation at AACR 2026! She presented her work on “Multi-modal multi-omic analyses reveal mechanisms of immunotherapy resistance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)“. We are incredibly proud of you, Archana, what a wonderful achievement!        

Dr. Karchin gave a talk at the 2026 Hopkins DOE-WSE research retreat about how cancers evolve under treatment, and how longitudinal tissue and blood sampling plus computational clonal tracking can reveal expanding lineages and new therapeutic opportunities.      

Congratulations to Dr. Rachel Karchin and Dr. Laura Sena on having their prostate cancer research featured in the Winter 2026 issue of the Johns Hopkins University Brady Urological Institute’s Discovery newsletter. Their study published in NPJ Precision Oncology shows how computational modeling of tumor evolution can guide treatment with targeted therapies.
