Siyun Lee

Hi, I am a second year MD-PhD student, planning on pursuing a PhD in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Johns Hopkins University. After graduating from Duke in 2022, I studied somatic and germline structural variations (SVs) under Dr. Rameen Beroukhim at the Broad Institute/DFCI. Currently, I am interested in studying cancer evolution from an SV perspective. Outside of the lab, I enjoy watching/playing basketball and soccer, making music, and cooking.
